You could take us to a high street store, where down in a grotty basement a curtained off section houses a bored looking Santa. Yuk!! Or perhaps to a garden centre, with Santa sitting amongst the potted plants! Now, come on dad that’s not very magical or exciting for us kids is it???
But mum, there is now somewhere super cool you could take us!
Just 20 minutes from the M4, (junction 45), my teacher says there is a Welsh mountain, with ancient caves, whose entrances are guarded by gigantic, but very friendly dinosaurs! I love dinosaurs… But deep inside this mountain lies Wales’ only natural Christmas grotto… Fantastic! |

Gallwch fynd â ni i un o siopau ein strydoedd mawr, ac yno mae rhan o’r ystafell y llawr isaf wedi troi mewn i gell fach lle mae Siôn Corn yn edrych yn ddiflas iawn wrth eistedd yno a muriau llenni o’i amgylch. Ych!! Neu gallwn fynd i ganolfan Garddio lle bydd Siôn Corn yn eistedd ymhlith y planhigion llestr! Dewch flaen dad! Nid yw hyn yn gyfareddol na chyffrous i ni’r plant, nac ydyw???
O mam! Nid oes unman anhygoel gallwch fynd â ni iddo!
Dim ond ugain munud i ffwrdd o’r M4, (cyffordd 45), mae Mynydd Cymreig sydd gyda ogof hynafol, dyna beth ddywedodd ein hathrawes! Ac mae’r mynediad i’r ogof yn cael ei gwarchod gan dinosorus cyfeillgar! Rwy’n hoffi dinasorus... Ymhell mewn i’r mynydd mae groto naturiol gyda Siôn Corn, a dyma’r unig un yng Nghymru... Rhyfeddol! |

| Mum, the sights and sounds we will experience on our journey are not of this world! Underground lakes, waterfalls, vast colourful hanging cave formations have all been transformed by the truly stunning Christmas decorations put up by the ‘Cave Bears’. As dad is always saying “seeing is believing”! |

Mam, bydd y golygfeydd, a hefyd y s?n byddwn yn profi ar ein taith fel rhiwbeth allan o’r byd hwn? | I’m told I’ll find Santa with his ever-faithful Elf nearby. I will even get a chance to speak to Santa, and you can take my picture with him dad! I must tell him what presents I hope to get this Christmas, and of course, Santa is bound to give me a great present to take home. I hope he doesn’t ask me if I’ve been good this year - that could be a tricky one! |

| And mum, my day’s fun will just go on and on. The next amazing thing we can see is Cathedral Cave - its HUGE! Then we visit Bone Cave! |

| Dad, there is even an Iron Age Farm to see and a great Museum. And dad, you know I love dinosaurs, well my teacher says Dan-yr-Ogof has one of the largest collections of life-sized dinosaur models in the world. That’s really cool! |

Admission Rates & Information –
Due to popular demand we now open all 10 of our attractions at Christmas.
We will be open on Saturday 18th December, Sunday 19th December, and then from Tuesday 21st December up to and including Christmas Eve 2010. Our hours of opening will be from 10.00am with tickets available throughout the day until 2.00pm – this is the latest time you can enter the attraction, and see Father Christmas.
The following reduced festive rates now include the visit to see Father Christmas in Dan-yr-Ogof Cave, as well as all of the other attractions to be found on site.
Children 2 years and younger, are admitted FREE of charge, on the ratio of 1 free child per paying adult - and yes, this includes the visit to see Father Christmas, and a present for the child!
Children ages 3-16 - £7.00, when accompanied by an adult. (Again, this includes the visit to see Father Christmas, and a present!).
Adults - £10.00. (Included in this price is a hot drink, and a slice of homemade Dan-yr-Ogof Christmas cake, or a mince pie!).
Our Dinosaur and Rock Shop will be open for that unusual Christmas present!
The Coffee Shop will also be open for lunch, snacks and drinks.

Wedi i ddiddordeb helaeth cael ei mynegi yn y blynyddoedd dwethaf, rydym wedi penderfynnu agor y 10 atyniad dros gyfnod y Nadolig.
Byddwn yn agor ar ddydd Sadwrn Rhagfyr 18fed, dydd Sul 19fed o Rhagfyr, ac o ddydd Mawrth Rhagfyr 21ain hyd at ac yn cynnwys Noswyl y Nadolig 2010. Ein oriau agor bydd o 10.00 y bore hyd at 2:00 o’r gloch y prynhawn ac fe fydd tocynnau ar gael trwy gydol yr amser yma. Y cyfle olaf i fynedi y 10 atyniad ac hefyd i ymweld â Sion Corn bydd 2:00 o’r gloch.
Mae yna’r prisiau gostyngol canlynol ar gyfer adeg y Nadolig sydd bellach yn cynnwys yr ymweliad â Siôn Corn yn yr Ogof, yn ogystal â phob atyniad arall a geir ar y safle.
