Please read our Terms and Conditions prior to your visit:
1. Teachers/group leaders MUST supervise their groups at all times.
2. Unsupervised/unruly children will be asked to leave the visitor attraction immediately.
3. The climbing of trees, walls or fences within the visitor attraction is forbidden. Groups should not leave the pathways under any circumstances.
4. Packed lunches can only be eaten in the designated areas. In busy periods it may not be possible to seat you all at the time you require, and sometimes it may be necessary for you to eat your lunch on your coach. The majority of our picnic areas are open-air.
5. Food cannot be taken or eaten in the Shire Horse Centre or within the Showcaves. If possible, bags should be left on your coach, and retrieved when needed. We do not have any secure areas where bags can be left.
6. All payments required for your trip must be made on the day of your visit, unless otherwise arranged. Late payment will incur a charge. A VAT receipt can be provided if required.
7. Due to the unpredictability of nature, we reserve the right to withdraw any attraction without notice.
8. Should any of the children in your group have a disability, please discuss their requirements with Carl prior to your visit (schools@showcaves.co.uk). Due to the natural layout of the site, certain areas may not be accessible.
